Question: Can I use Internet Explorer in Windows 10?

Answer:

Yes, you can still use Internet Explorer in Windows 10. With Windows 10 Microsoft came out with a new browser called Edge. Edge resembles Firefox and Chrome and less like Internet Explorer. Lots of people have moved to Chrome and Firefox over the years, but there are a number of people who still like Internet Explorer.

To use Internet Explorer in Windows 10, there are two methods.

First is that you can go to it from inside Edge. This is particularly helpful if you are on a web page that does not display or work correctly in Edge. Go to the three dots icon on the top right of the screen, looks like … Then in the drop down menu choose Open with Internet Explorer and the page will open in Internet Explorer and you can go to other websites there.

The second way is to find Internet Explorer and open it and do your browsing from beginning with IE. Go to the search box by the start button on lower right of screen (it may say for asking Cortana. Type Internet Explorer in the box (it is not case sensitive so you can use all lower case letters). Then you will see Internet Explorer listed as a desktop application. Click on it and Internet Explorer will open.
