#234 - Random thoughts(Watt Thoughts)

Read today that the Postal Service is considering not delivering first class and priority in 2-3 days. The study says USPS could save lots of money. That surprised me on delivery service as I have paid extra for Priority and not find out it is same as First Class. Why have they charged me extra to say it will be there in 2-3 days if first class is handled exactly same? Also the study said standard rate volume will stay steady. What is standard rate if not First Class? Volume rates are suppose to be discounted rates so how do we get to use standard?

It was interesting driving in mountains in California and Oregon. They have two lane roads gaining 1000s of feet in altitude with drop offs on sides fro hundreds of feet and only thing between edge and that drop off is the white line on pavement and then straight over with no shoulder.

This is a little article I am doing across the Internet of my personal opinions. This reflects my personal thoughts. I try to write several times a month on a variety of subjects. It may be religious at times, political at times, and at other times just my reactions on something happening out there. It will often be like an op-ed article. If I do what I intend, you will at times want to shout I agree, other times you will want to say Dwight has really lost it now, but most importantly I want to challenge you to think. Feel free to forward this to others. If you don't want to get this e-mail let me know. Feel free to use what you read from me, but I request you give me credit and send a tear sheet if published in a newspaper or magazine. Thanks.
