Now for the good news. For the first time ever the womens team has been invited to play in a post season tournament. They will be playing in the Womens NIT. Pairings are to be announced tonight, see http://www.womensnit.com/ :)

For those that don't know I graduated from Winthrop in 1977 and 1979 and was one of the first men to live on campus at the former all-girls college.
